Design Development refines the concept into a coordinated, buildable design. We resolve joinery, materials, lighting, fixtures and architectural details, working closely with the client team, consultants and builder. This phase ensures the design is achievable, cost‑aligned and ready for documentation.

Documentation translates the design into precise, builder‑ready drawings.
